Healthware provides unrestricted and lifelong support to all its customers.

The company has a posse of engineers trained locally and overseas at our principals’ factories. With more than adequate spare parts stocked at our warehouse, Replacement of parts and servicing requests are attended to within 24-48 hours.

Healthware’s service engineers have a pan-India presence. This enables them to attend to customer service requests in order to keep equipment performing at its peak throughout the year. Individual service contracts are drawn up, providing both, preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring high up-time for all the equipment.

There are frequent training workshops held for the service engineers. These are mentored by the National Service Head. Technical competency tests are conducted periodically to ensure that the team is up to date and able to handle any service exigency.
